Our customers are supported with bespoke pricing to suit them and we make sure that we are supporting you on the lines that matter most to you.
Any contract price that we set for you as a customer will never be increased without your knowledge or approval.
We will never “Price Creep” any contract priced product that we set for you OR send out an inferior alternative from the agreed Product.
A Contracted product`s price will only ever increase if :-
- Pricing moves because of exchange rates , this can be verified here
- If pricing moves due to manufacturer increases – we will happily share any manufacturer letters of increase with you.
